High Quality olive oil. Slightly fruity, perfect for condiments, obtained by two predominant varieties, such as "Leccino" and "Gentile di Larino".


Oil Mill Location: Molise

• Cultivar: Gentile di Larino, Leccino and Peranzana
• Harvesting method: hand picking and mechanical harvesting
• Grinding-extraction: centrifugal extraction in continuous operation

Colline dell'Apulia

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750 ml.

Typically sweet, coming from ripe olives, giving to the oil a pleasant sweet and palatable taste. A real olive flavor, which gives the right balance between fragrance, taste and fluidity.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Cold pressed, 100% italian.
Top Quality Extra Virgin olive oil, with a delicate and slightly sweet taste which recalls the mature fruit, ideal for foods, where the oil must not dominate.

• Cultivar: blend of selected oils
• Harvesting method: nibbling by hand
• Grinding-extraction: continuous cycle at low temperature
